At ElixirGlow™, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused or only minimally tested.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, cables, and instructions.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your ElixirGlow™ LED Facial Mask arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please send:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within the 30-day period, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or bank additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of products that have been substantially used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original accessories or packaging.

Include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

We'll provide you with the return instructions if your request qualifies.

7. Important Note

ElixirGlow™ LED Therapy products are beauty and skincare devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Results can vary from person to person.
